II. Continue to support parents, teachers and other professionals through lectures that
provides knowledge and communication concept skills for the purpose to enrich the mental
development of the special needs deaf child or deaf adult.

III. Continue the service of discovering caring individuals and groups who can

| The natural language used by the majority of deaf people is non-audible and does not coincide with the written language systems. The language consist of physical positions of the fingers, face and other visuals of the body in motion known as Dactylology / Sign-Language. |
