you will participate as your serving Hands!
Upon return, your serving Hands will share
with you the mission service experience and
meaningful pictures as to what you and the
team member accomplished!
You will be glad you did... and so will the
deaf children and deaf adults including the
Missionaries!

This is Bernie Hale, Missionary to deaf children and deaf
adults. As an eye witness in this special missionary service,
let me add to what has been stated; Some who are
Missionaries today serving in other remote areas of the World,
discovered God's calling on their life by attending a short Term
Mission Service. Sponsoring someone not only helps us
accomplish the task in benefit of Deaf Children and Deaf
Adults, but it could provide direction to one of God's dedicated
souls.
Some time ago, Paul Dye a Missionary Pilot with New Tribes
mission also participated in the DMI missions service efforts
by transporting Missionaries, Deaf Students and visitors to and
from the Silent City Mission, an "agriculture program of DMI.
One day Paul flew into the Silent City Mission with his teenage
nephew who was on a short term visit. As the young man
assisted his Uncle, he was an eye witness to the mission work
among the Deaf. Later he Married and the lovely couple
became a missionaries with New Tribes Missions. The couple
with their children served in the remote isolated Siberia where
Russia sends their deaf people. A ministry among the Deaf of
Siberia was established. Again; "... in that day shall the deaf
hear (understand) the words of the book..." (Isaiah 29:18)
For now, take to heart to sponsor someone. Maybe, you have
someone in your family who needs to witness God at Work
through missionaries among deaf children and deaf adults.
Maybe you too have a nephew. If not, we have some
candidates desiring to participate in the Short Term Mission
Service and serve as your Hands in His service. You really
